   Located along the banks of the historic Dubai Creek, the Al Seef neighborhood represents the perfect intersection of the emirate's mercantile past and its push toward modernity.    Also known as Al Bastakiya, the Al Fahidi neighborhood is Dubai's oldest and best-preserved historic settlement, dating back to the late 19th century.
